Works, but hotkeys are useless.

Annoyed that I didn't realize that pre-programmed keys are useless as I don't use these services. I ordered another remote control that offers all the services I use. but it would be serious if Roku let the consumer decide what the hotkey should be instead of entering into a paid partnership with a company I don't want to use.
