Does not replace stock. Changes may be required. Worked on my 1990 f250 Rwd. The front fairly well aligned. 1 3/4 - 2 inch stroke. On a rear wheel drive like mine you will need to replace the camber bushings with adjustable camber bushings. Otherwise your collapse will be far away. I had to take my truck to an off-road shop. Luckily my local mechanic was able to adjust the bushings with no problem. Springs, shock absorbers and bushings changed by myself. However, it cost me $300 and took almost 8 hours for the store to string it up.
