I received a lower quality product than what I paid for

I was a scam! I bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 with 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM but instead got a Xiaomi Redmi 9 with only 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM which is clearly a worse phone than the one I paid for. Unfortunately I requested international shipping and was unable to return it. I really do not recommend buying from this seller, I feel high.
