We broke the passenger side mirror. The Toyota dealership charged $154 for parts, about the same for labor and 10 days to two weeks to get the parts. This mirror cost several times cheaper than the dealer and arrived in two days. We masked the glass and spray painted it to match our car. It was the most difficult and time-consuming phase. Removing the old mirror according to the instructions and installing a new mirror took about 30 minutes. With paint applied, the built-in mirror looks like OEM equipment. There's a clever latch for the wiring harness (Thanks Toyota. Well-done design). Even if you think the wires in your mirror are broken, this replacement mirror will almost certainly restore it to full power setting. Good product. Would buy again.
