I was expecting this thing to work like it does in all the videos I've seen. Of course it works, but first I want to talk about the things that stand out. First when trying to clean the bathroom tiles. No chemicals, just steam. I think it will be a great product. However, I started sweating there, there was steam everywhere, and now it's winter. Also, the fumes carried mold and mildew to my lungs, and I coughed for several days. Now I know how best to use the mask. This is something that has not been discussed. Also, I noticed that it doesn't need to be cleaned as quickly as advertised. For example, I had to hold steam in one spot for over 35 seconds to see the mold begin to peel off the tile. When I was done with one tile, about 5 minutes had passed. I didn't have time to sit there all day and clean it so slowly. It works, but not at the pace I expected. I get the job done faster with chemicals, old rags and a sponge. Now the product is gathering dust in my basement. I don't regret my purchase, it seems to be the perfect dishwashing or oven cleaner, maybe windows. Maybe I'll use it again in spring?
