I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. It's so easy to use I couldn't believe it. Saved my neck and shoulders and made this recent trip to Europe 10 times easier. I wasn't worried about carrying too much and wasn't worried about stealing or losing anything I usually carry with me. This is a travel changer that is very easy to put on and take off. I can't tell you how much of a difference this has made for me on an item this cheap. Keeps soft bag, wallet and travel pillow close and tight to my bike or suitcase. You will not regret it! It's not hard at all to put on and take off, but is held securely by Velcro. Even if it is installed incorrectly, it works perfectly.
