Outstanding image sharpness and brightness

Meike 50mm f1.7 for Fuji X cameras is a real find. Its image is razor sharp, clarity is bright, colors are rich and there is an intriguing illusion of beautiful size. I love the lens. But remember. it's all manual control. Although this was my first cheap Chinese lens, it won't be my last. These manual lenses helped me show the advantage of manual focus over automatic. And when pictures are taken at f5.6 or faster, sharpness is superb.
