Removes more grease than other separators I've tried.
I like the little stopper that prevents liquid from rising up the spout. I also like that there is an angle at the bottom of the spout that prevents the fat from rising until you're all the way down in the liquid. It removes more grease than other grease separators I've tried. The only downside is that it's plastic. I hate pouring hot liquids into plastic. But it's my fault for not reading the full description.
