We drink a lot of coffee every day; approx. 32 ounces. We grind our own beans. We LOVE coffee! We thought this car was great for about a year; The tank seal at the bottom of the transparent tank did not come out. Water flowed out in a steady stream as we filled it. We called the company and I had the pleasure of speaking to someone in Ecuador. She said we had to pay for a new tank. I told her that Ninja would get a very bad rating. They sent a new tank for free with free shipping. It was the right gesture. Fast forward to the present; We woke up one morning to water the whole counter. The tank is out of service again. No point in calling the "help" center this time as the representative said it was a one time courtesy. Puff $70 is gone. Bought at Walmart. not their fault. Dirty product.
