Ninja products are well made

The only difference between the CE 200 and the CE 201 is the reusable metal cone filter that comes with the 201. We like the coffee this coffee maker makes. Much better than the Cuisinart coffee maker we had.

Water tank seal leaking

We bought one of these as WOOT less than 3 months ago. The water tank valve started dripping after about a month, and after a couple of weeks the flow became steady. It is necessary to fix leaks at the counter in about 10 minutes, which is what it takes to brew the pot. There's no way to use the delayed start feature with this thing, there wouldn't be any water left in it by morning. Backwashing the valve helps a little, so I think there might be some manufacturing residue in there, but I can't

Tank seal defective twice

We drink a lot of coffee every day; approx. 32 ounces. We grind our own beans. We LOVE coffee! We thought this car was great for about a year; The tank seal at the bottom of the transparent tank did not come out. Water flowed out in a steady stream as we filled it. We called the company and I had the pleasure of speaking to someone in Ecuador. She said we had to pay for a new tank. I told her that Ninja would get a very bad rating.
