We bought one of these as WOOT less than 3 months ago. The water tank valve started dripping after about a month, and after a couple of weeks the flow became steady. It is necessary to fix leaks at the counter in about 10 minutes, which is what it takes to brew the pot. There's no way to use the delayed start feature with this thing, there wouldn't be any water left in it by morning. Backwashing the valve helps a little, so I think there might be some manufacturing residue in there, but I can't figure out how to remove the small plastic filter/cap from the valve, it appears to be glued on. Stepping on and checking the sealing surfaces is not possible. I would be very wary of buying a Ninja coffee maker with a detachable tank, a quick google search showed this to be a recurring problem on more than one model.
