So far so good. Currently used with Etisalat's data plan in Afghanistan, offering decent 3G speeds. Ready to use out of the box, but offers many more options if you download the Huawei Link app on iOS, e.g. B. Setting your own device's SSID and password, monitoring usage, setting data limits, switching between 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. Comment on the battery life, but while it drains as expected, don't expect 12 hours of heavy use as the description says, but you should be able to get through a day of light use without having to charge it. The app is not super intuitive but very useful. Don't expect LTE 4G in the US, I don't think it's compatible with that network band, but 3G works with all major carriers (assuming you have the right SIM card). Good Trip.
