They appear to be very well made and sharp. Solid carbide end mills are extremely brittle and break easily, so you need to limit the amount of material (depth of cut) removed on each pass. If you do, those beats should last a long time. For example, I broke two 1/4" solid carbide end mills (of another brand) while milling tenons for the bottom of boxes. I've tried cutting to the full 3/8" depth and am even at shallow ones Feed rates ended with broken cutters. I did 3/16" per pass and did two passes to get the full 3/8" end depth, I had no problem with the whiteside bit. Also a plus - they are made in America near where I live in North Carolina.
