Versa Srs has made our life so much easier! It's been such an easy transition for us since we first started using it over 2 years ago now - I can't remember having any issues with anything at this time (as far as i'm aware!).
The product itself looks very nice too which makes me feel confident in recommending people use them when looking into help desk systems / ticketing solutions etc.. We have not had problems during those two year timespan either but then again if you're happy doing things yourself your own way than there really isn't many downsides of choosing something like vsrspersons or whatever they are called these days? If anyone was thinking about getting some sortof system set up just do what everyone else does; give one month free trial period before making final decisions otherwise its hard knowing exactly how well certain products will work out once live production starts/ gets going full steam ahead!!
