These brackets are made from strong square steel which is great. The rubber pads prevent the bike and frame from slipping easily and prevent scratches on the frame. And the adjustable angle perfectly fits the corners of the frame. Because of the force the weight of the bike exerts 12" from the wall on the wall portion of the mount, I used a 1/4" 3" eyelet. Screw directly into the studs with washers in the mounting holes instead of the thin ones provided Mounting screws Just what I need to get my two bikes off the garage floor and out of the way.
