Review on Crescent WMS by Rovy Oppeneer

The best part of crescent is that we are able fix any issue within minutes (it's usually less than an hour).

We also love how easy it was for our warehouse employees who have no programming experience at this point in their careers! I wish there were more options when creating reports/quotes but other then those two things everything has been great so far!! It would be nice if you could set up one-off emails with different people like someone else mentioned as well instead having multiple tabs open or switching back into my inbox every time i want something done differently by another person - which happens often since they're not always very organized about responding quickly sometimes either haha just minor issues though nothing too big really.- Great customer service support team overall super friendly helpful staff members will do whatever possible without complaint even during business hours while everyone works hard around them.
