Easy replacement

I change them every time I change my oil. This is the oil drain plug gasket. It's a metal disk with a blue plastic coating on each side. When I removed the gasket on my last oil change, the blue plastic piece on the side of the gasket that contacts the oil drain pan was stuck to the pan and I had to pry it off with a screwdriver. possibly happened.
