I like the way it connects to the database in a quick manner. It is also very easy to use and there are many features you can add to make your own customizations. I dislike the fact that it is not as powerful as other options out there. This is simply due to its being built for smaller companies who need a simple yet effective solution. We are using this software to track all of the calls we take from our customers so they know when their calls will be answered and how long they will have to wait. The ease of use and the flexibility to customize. The ability to create custom test scripts for different environments is very helpful in creating automated tests. I have not found anything so far that I dislike about this product. It does exactly what it says it will do. If you are looking for a tool to help automate your manual QA process then Paragon is the way to go. We were using manual testing and our goal was to reduce the time spent on manual testing.
