Has been programmed into batteries + bulbs as they won't charge if the programming doesn't work (at least at my location). The transponder works and starts the car when the key fob is brought to the start button. The device does not lock/unlock remotely and the proximity functions do not work at all (locking, unlocking and starting the vehicle when the key is less than 30 cm from the vehicle). Now I have a key that can technically control my car, but I'm not allowed to return it because I'm not comfortable with my car key. Revain returned a partial refund but I would avoid this unit.
