I've used other foot pads but this is by far the best I've tried! The product will be a great addition to any holiday gift. This particular scrubber doesn't have a top section to clean the top of the foot, but if you can bend your leg underneath you should be able to clean it very well. Other scrubbers with attachments can actually hurt after a while as the bristles fold up and you rub your foot against the hard plastic. Another benefit is that this product doesn't waste soap like other scrubbers. Soap that slips off can easily be thrown back onto the scrubber. In addition, this scrub is VERY soft, holds soap well and feels great on your feet! It's like a mini massage! I love it!
