Review on Foldable Adjustable J Style Universal Crossbar by Mike Bigglesworth

Ordered one with cosmetics from Amazon inventory and received the product with all the orange plastic pieces crushed into small pieces, missing pieces too. The outer packaging box was perfect, but the inner box looked like it had sat on the freeway for days, mashed into noodles. Although this is the incompetence of the Amazon warehouse, I realize that after seeing it I would not buy this item again. The plastic is obviously brittle and cannot withstand the load. And the design sucks and will likely lose key hub parts when driving on the freeway as they are not safe. There's probably a reason the Amazon warehouse has so many of these for sale. Beware.
