About six months ago I bought a Longer 10 for printing mini games. I loved everything about it. I had the opportunity to get a deal on a non-Longer resin so I decided to give it a try. What can go wrong. The first print seemed fine, but subsequent prints didn't fare so well. I've played around with setting up software and mockups to no avail. I contacted Longer support. Although this rating isn't about their support, it's also five stars. Since then they have emailed me several times to make sure the issue is resolved. After several attempts to solve my problem, the technician asked what resin I was using. They suggested that I try to eliminate one of the variables by switching back to longer resin. From the first print to every print after using Longer resin, every print was crisp and clean. I wish my photos could convince you better.
