I received two of these a few days ago, went to the lake to try with friends, unfortunately one of the bags leaks, after a few meters in the water the bag started leaking and bubbles appeared in it, it's me disappointed as it is a safety device so I have to be confident in the quality and not expect leaks the first time I use it, risk of death. I included a video in the application that shows the situation. Please tell me how to proceed! Update: I received a prompt response and my money back, I appreciate it.
