Review on 🔧 Dorman 520-342 Front Right Lower Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly for Chrysler/Dodge Models, Black: Ultimate Suspension Upgrade by Frankye Sherman

The part number is correct but the wrong socket is fitted

The part number on the box and on the part itself is correct but the socket supplied was for a 4 cyl. Engine (I have a 3.3L V6). Also, the ball joint was different from the one mounted on the driver's side wishbone. 4-cyl. The hub has three ribs at the bottom and the V6 hub has a rib right in the middle of the hub. There is a plate (suspension frame reinforcement) that attaches to the suspension frame that compresses this bushing, and the plate on my car is designed for a single rib bushing. Differences like this seem to be a common problem for aftermarket parts. It doesn't matter though, as Revain's return policy is very good.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Very expensive
