The ability to create custom dashboards is great, as well as having the option of filtering by different dimensions within your data sources like post type or content category. When you're working with multiple teams that all have slightly different needs for reporting purposes it can be difficult to get everyone aligned around what you want to see on each dashboard. Also sometimes I feel like there's an age gap between the people who built this software and those using it. It would really help if they were able to provide more training opportunities so we could move from being "users" to "admins". We've been able to use these tools to better understand how our community members are engaging with us online. I like that it is very user-friendly, easy to use, and all of my questions are answered in a timely manner. The support team is also awesome. They always go above and beyond to help me out. There's not really anything I dislike about this product. It is great for marketing analytics and social media management. It will provide you with many different data points to analyze your community. This tool can be very helpful for any business because there is so much information available to you.
