I have a 2020 MacBook Pro 13 "M1" that has a hidden native "feature" that it doesn't have more than one display (Beware of Gen- products). This dock offers multi-display support in combination with the DisplayLink Manager, but knowing that it will NOT work in clamshell mode (which is a compelling use case for running a workstation) is still not an option. I suspect the only option is to move the Apple Silicon MacBook 2nd Gen.
