I love this combination pressure cooker and fryer from Carl Schmidt Sohn. This is the most versatile little device I've ever used. It has 14 pressure cooker presets and 7 fryer presets, which are very clear and easy to use. I can start doing this without reading the manual. So far I've used a pressure cooker to make borscht and an air flyer to make french fries. The fries were so crispy and tasty. The taste is much better than cooked in the oven. The stove doesn't take up much space on my desk and the 6.5 liter capacity is perfect for my family of 4. I look forward to trying out other features of the oven. My only concern is that I'm afraid of scratching the nonstick pan every time I put the frying basket in the pan. All in all, this pan is worth buying. Highly recommended.
