Review on Orijen Freeze Dried Adult Original Formula Dogs by Heather Johnson

This has to be an amazing product. If you buy it in the store, there is a very pleasant smell of sweet pastries. I first bought it from Revain - just for convenience - the price isn't much different than in store - but when I opened the bag there was a strong rancid smell. It's pretty awful even though the expiry date isn't until next year. I'm wondering if the seller's storage or transportation methods keep a decent temperature or the product can get very hot. The bag needs to be returned but Revane tells me it can't even be returned! It's too expensive, close to $40, and too important to my dog's health to use rancid. Very disappointing and frustrating.
