When I received it, the shampoo leaked all over. Besides who in their right mind ships a shampoo conditioner combo with a mirror without anything in the box like those little air cushions to hold it in place, I'm totally amazed nothing broke. The shampoo and conditioner arrived quickly. The shampoo does its job and cleans your hair while leaving it smelling nice. The repair conditioner is weird, it smells nice, but it's yellow. Anyone with blonde hair, especially processed blonde, doesn't want more yellow in their hair, we actually try to get the most yellow out of our hair. Not only was he yellow, but he was also drying his hair. The second time I used it I used a tonic conditioner afterwards and my hair felt a lot better without looking like lemonade.
