When I received it, the shampoo leaked all over. I have a full head with somewhat thick but generally healthy and normal hair which I also lighten. I love using their "dumb blonde" styling cream so thought this kit would be great too and save me some money (I used to use LUSH). First of all, this is not a tonic shampoo. I just received it! The packaging was very secure, there were absolutely no leaks from the bottles. I used this shampoo and conditioner for the first time today and I love how soft my blonde hair has become. I use other scalp hair products and they are really good. This (and many others) smells amazing. Worth the money here at Amazon with top notch shipping. Love it!

Shampoo is a regular shampoo that works like any shampoo. However, the conditioner is so thick that you can hardly squeeze it out of the bottle. I had to find a pump to put it on because after using it a few times without it I couldn't push it all the way out to get it out. So fat! And it takes a ton to get it to cover my hair.
