Review on TIGI Blonde Shampoo Reconstructor Conditioner by Michele Arora

Not sure what other reviewers are saying about old vs new formulas as this is my first time using Bedhead's Dumb Blonde system. However, I am happy! The bottles I received were purple, the conditioner was yellow and the shampoo was light purple (not sure if it's the old or new version but it's not the purple and yellow bottle shown in the product image) . I have naturally thick wavy dark brown hair with a bleached ombré effect and felt my ends were becoming coppery and dry so I decided to switch to s&c for highlights. I don't notice any stickiness or heaviness at all like some reviewers have. Maybe if you have thin hair is that a problem? The smell is totally subjective, I wasn't really thrilled when I smelled it straight out of the bottle, but after my hair dried it became a much more subtle pleasant scent that I really love! I noticed my hair became much softer and silkier after the first use. I used to use the sulfate-free s&c drugstore brand.
