Review on Queris by Mike Johnston

I really like the ease of use. We are a small business so it really helps that the app is easy to use. I think the biggest problem for us is the support. It can take a couple of calls to get things resolved. Give it a try. We are able to easily manage our inventory, and the cost it saves us is worth it! We are able to easily keep track of all our equipment items (i.e. parts, supplies, etc.) We are able to see the status of it by creating a task. We are able to easily track the cost of each item to keep our purchasing costs low. I like that it has all of the features we needed, and it's very easy to use. There are some minor bugs that were fixed quickly by Queris. We had used a different program before, but found that Queris did everything we wanted at a reasonable price. We still have not seen anything else out there that does what we need it to do. The customer service from Queris is great! They always respond quickly and are willing to help you solve any problems you may have.
