Review on BLACK+DECKER BDCD220CS 20V Circular Saw by Louis Mechtak

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Good drill, good saw.

I already have several Black & Decker cordless tools. I needed a circular saw to trim down some kitchen doors so I could install the new floor. I've had a cordless drill before, but any DIY enthusiast knows two is better than one. I use one for screwdrivers and the other for drills. This allows me to drill pilot holes for the screws very quickly because I don't have to keep changing bits. The suitcase is comfortable. Now I use it to keep my circular saw, my B&D saw and my oscillating saw in the same place. 3 stars for the saw but I would give the drill 4 stars. Advantages of a saw: * compactness * the long-lasting battery. Cons of the saw: The depth of the saw blade didn't cut all the way through my door. Not suitable for 2x4 width or thicker. I would stick with plywood. The saw is on the left, which is the opposite of most circular saws on the market. Plus points of a drilling machine: * The accumulator with a long service life. bad place and can cast a shadow where you are trying to see.

Pros
  • Li-Ion battery in the cordless tool case is always ready for use and lasts up to 18 months
Cons
  • Easily cracked
