You will not be disappointed!

I love that this thing exists. I needed a descent-based web server that was efficient enough to stay on all the time. I've decided Pi 4 8GB is the way to go. I stumbled upon the SSD option here and couldn't help but try it out. I wrote instructions for my 13 year old son to install a LAMP server on it and with a little help from Linux he set it up with me. Advantages of this housing: passive and active cooling. Two full-size HDMI adapters. Very concise design. The power button is a great addition. The nice thing is that when I decide I'm done with the server, I can use it for a media server with an IR receiver. Seriously, for $45 think of everything you get here! It's nice and heavy, with rubber feet to keep it in place, and the accessible GPIO pins are a plus for later reuse as a desktop Pi. Here's a tip: the m.2 board below is just an m.2 USB reader. If you want to install the Raspberry Pi OS to an SSD from your desktop, look for a USB to USB cable (I used a USB-A 3.1 to USB-C cable and used it as an external drive Actually the Raspberry Pi is The Auto Card Writer tool identifies it as an Argon drive BUT my Pi 4 needed an SD card with the same image to allow booting from USB, after a few tweaks I removed the SD and only got the blue wd ssd needed a separate m.2 overall it's a great little box my server (not overclocked) runs in the 60c range don't install thermal pads until you're ready to screw everything together to up both to be able to access the drive and the SD card!
