Incredibly impressed with this bluetooth, from product quality to same day delivery and sound quality in use. It was very easy to connect to my phone, no problem with usage or which button to press. Love the charging case, Bluetooth magnetically snaps into the case and charges automatically, protecting it from curious pups looking for things to chew on in the middle of the night! Only problems, the ear tip was too big no problem, there are loads of extras to choose from except only two of them are small enough to actually fit in my ear, hope I didn't mess anything up or had bad luck with that the replacement. I've always been frustrated when there are so many grammatical errors in the how-to documentation that you decide to guess which country the product was made in because it's obviously not the US!
