Review on Digital Magnetic Level Protractor Inclinometer by Jake Meyer

The product is generally as advertised. I ordered two of these and both arrived working. However, in my work as an insurer and roof inspector, I use this device to measure the pitch of a roof. The product does as advertised. BUT my work requires me to photograph the display to document the reading for the files. My Canon camera does NOT take a picture of the display! Although my eye does not detect any flicker, the display seems to flicker so much that the camera only captures part of the data displayed. I've taken dozens of photos of the display, even in hold mode, and the camera doesn't capture what my eyes see. I will be forced to buy another product with a different type of display. See photos above. In each photo taken a few seconds apart, my eyes saw step 6 1/2 or step 6 3/8. But the camera only caught fragments of it. I believe it should flicker.
