I have revised my original review of this product due to the excellent responsiveness and customer service from the supplier and manufacturer. They quickly contacted me to offer help and fix the problem. I was promptly provided with a replacement filter set. This fit perfectly and had no problems. Excellent customer service! Thanks very much! It was very difficult to install a new filter in the room and then turn the air filter back on. The filter appeared to be slightly wider than the original filter and did not appear to activate the switch that detects the presence of the filter and allows the device to be turned on. I had to 'prick' it a little and eventually connect. I tried the old filter just to make sure there was no problem with the device. Turned on with no problems. So the replacement parts are not exactly the same size and it takes a lot of work to make them work properly. Now it works.
