Today I used it for the first time. Bought for a grill for work. It worked great. Most people who use utensils need to know how to season the utensils before use. You should also know how to clean it properly, so as not to abandon the preparatory work. It takes time and the right technique to prepare dishes. The product is aged. But I seasoned it more to my liking. Then we used it at work to cook steak and chicken. I ended up cooking the meat and scraping off the leftovers. I then added a thin layer of oil to seal and seal it. What can be seen in some of the photos of discoloration and "coating" is actually pre-season work by the manufacturer. It will not scratch the pan or rip off the coating. If you take proper care of this pan, it will serve you for a very long time.
