First of all I like this pan size and I use it at home several times a week. However, after the first few uses, the center warped a bit, it doesn't conduct heat very evenly, and the drain is too small and needs a spout or sponge to keep it from dripping all over the place. I appreciate what it is, but for the money I think it should have been better designed. That's normal for a weekend warrior, but it's positioned as a professional unit, and this thing definitely isn't a professional.

Just used this for the first time. I kept trying to dry the pan, thinking my camp cook grill wasn't level, but eventually found the pan was warped. I would probably return it but the box it came in was completely wet and didn't survive shipping. Overall bad experience. Perfect for my Camp Chef 3x Denali Oven which I bought from Costco 7 years ago. The pan arrived today and has been seasoned with coconut oil all day.
