However, there was one glaring issue like the wiring harness connector that drove me nuts until I traced the connector on the OEM connector and the new wiper motor. I found that the wiper motor connections were "mirrored" so only 1 speed worked and the motor housing was "hot". " when connecting. Once I figured that out, all I did was cut off the outer latch on the connector so I could rotate it 180 degrees and plug it in. Once we did that, it worked. and the connector tight sealed with tape , do not fall out.
