Looks like a great jack. In the beginning it worked quite well. He tends to bounce on the board if you apply too much pressure. I've only used it a few times when it broke. When I picked it up to take it to another location, it opened fully. It will not return to its original position when you turn the cotter pin on the gear it should return to its original position. The only solution to this was to constantly adapt. The spring jumped out of position and didn't stay in place. Looking for a replacement I found the same jack locally for $20 cheaper.
