I have used this software since 2010 - they are very reliable with their product as well as customer support! No issues at all that we've experienced so far during our 10 years using them (2nd year now). They do what you need without hassle; always up front about everything from pricing through project management/supporting documents needed throughout your contract process. When something does go wrong after several months into an existing relationship however there is nothing but trouble getting things resolved when necessary due to lackadaisical corporate response time. If anyone wants professional level document control then use ESAI over any other options out today because its been around forever which means stability + reliability = success here. We manage contracts between vendors / contractors who work directly under us (our clients) by creating new agreements once every 4 weeks via email attachments sent within one day vs having each vendor create individual files manually.
