Overall a disappointment. My biggest disappointment is that it doesn't come with EKG or Google Assistant! Those were the two main features I bought and advertised it for. Sometimes it can be difficult to find and sync my phone. The sp02 function only works with a specific watch face, so it needs to be used in the evening before bed for it to work (pain). The new charger is really good and easy to use and it only takes a few seconds to change bands. Fit and finish are impeccable. Fitbit tech support informed me that there is a 45 day return window from the "purchase date" which was the date you pre-ordered. In fact, I haven't received the watch for about a month since that date! That means I only have about 15 days to rate it! Also, Fitbit charges your card or account on the day you place your pre-order, which sucks. Most companies only charge you when the item ships, which is a decent thing. I found it very difficult to communicate with the Fitbit tech support staff as English does not appear to be their native language. I'm still debating whether to return my device depending on how long it takes to get these advertised but not provided features and many small bug fixes, but I have to hurry! BTW, I bought mine from Fitbit, not Revain.
