So disappointed in the best of wearable technology

I was so excited to get my Fitbit feeling as I have SVT and love to keep a close eye on my heart rate. What a big disappointment. For the money spent it was so hard to use and not accurate. I sent mine back and will be looking into an Apple Watch 5 or 6.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish

All these sensors and nowhere to read the results

Received the watch yesterday. It's a mystery how to read anything. I got it so I can track myself better, this thing does significantly less than my amazfit beep so far. All negative reviews are correct. It's cool that you added all those sensors, but they're almost impossible to read. I can hardly measure my heart rate, the watch is not responding. If I can't figure it out quickly, I might return them. The previous Fitbit was an amazing experience, I don't know what they did to make it happen

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities

Still issues after firmware update

Has issues with proper heart rate reading and does not include all advertised features. So far, Fitbit support has been unable to help other than to let you know that firmware updates are on the way. Update 3/19: A firmware update has been around for a long time and the problem is still the same. Live support just said that "they are aware of the issue and are working on a fix". It's been 6 months, Fitbit is a company joke. Don't waste your time, products either don't work properly or fail over

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Not as good as it says

Unethical upselling on customization

So far the watch itself looks good, but Fitbit burned me as a customer during the customization process. Not once, but twice during setup, the user is presented with upsell screens (insurance and premium services) accessed only by an OK button. You must exit the screen and dismiss the warning to avoid purchasing the update, and then the watch will not exit setup mode until the update is complete (the warning can last over 20 minutes, and yes, 90 is more than 20) . Ninety minutes you have to…

Not impressed at all!

Overall a disappointment. My biggest disappointment is that it doesn't come with EKG or Google Assistant! Those were the two main features I bought and advertised it for. Sometimes it can be difficult to find and sync my phone. The sp02 function only works with a specific watch face, so it needs to be used in the evening before bed for it to work (pain). The new charger is really good and easy to use and it only takes a few seconds to change bands. Fit and finish are impeccable. Fitbit tech…

hands off it!

I've been using the Fitbit Ionic for about 4 years now. Of course it's not guaranteed, the Ionic had a few known issues, some of which were pretty weird, like mine, the magnet in the watch holding the charging connector must have moved and after that it pushed the connector away instead of it to put on him. But Fitbit always sent me a repair and didn't even want to send the defective one back. In fact they did it about 4 times even after the warranty ran out. I suspect they knew they were…

I do not recommend. suitable for wearable technology

Don't buy this. This is an exceptionally bad product with a junk heart rate sensor. I have no idea how Fitbit allowed such an inferior product to be sold. The side button regularly accidentally activates when you press your wrist, but doesn't click when you try. The screen does not register swiping movements regularly. By far the most noticeable design flaw, however, is the heart rate sensor. He recorded the entire workout far from what is shown in the picture. The professional reviews all said

Pros
  • The EDA scan app detects electrodermal activity which can indicate your body's response to stress and the built in skin temperature sensor logs your temperature every night so you can see if it changes
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

What a wonderful watch. Too bad you had to send it back.

Fitbit Sense was all I wanted. Fitness tracking and health tracking worked well. Plenty of dials to adjust the face and a strap that I think is better than Apple's sports straps. I liked that it fits under a long sleeve shirt without squeezing the arm. The display is clear and easy to read. The battery life is excellent. The app works fine. What I didn't like was the position of the button on the left. He is difficult to reach and sometimes takes several attempts to get him to answer. The face…
