Unethical upselling on customization
This is how far the watch sees itself ok, but Fitbit burned me as a customer during the setup process. Not once, but twice during setup, the user is presented with upsell screens (insurance and premium services) accessed only by an OK button. You must exit the screen and dismiss the warning to avoid purchasing the update, and then the watch will not exit setup mode until the update is complete (the warning can last over 20 minutes, and yes, 90 is more than 20) . Ninety minutes you have to leave your phone on the Fitbit app update screen and therefore cannot use your phone)
- Battery lasts more than 6 days and fast charge provides a full day's charge in just 12 minutes (depending on usage and other factors; up to 12 hours with continuous GPS)
