Review on Culligan US EZ 4 EZ Change Undersink Filtration by Dede Tambagan

This unit replaces our old spa dual filtration system which was damaged when a new sink was installed. The old device worked well but had a very low flow rate. The cartridges are $45, and the automatic sensor in the faucet lets me change them far more often than I really need to. My guess is that the sediment filter, which I don't really need, restricted the flow too much (I had no choice but to get that feature). This Culligan was a pleasant surprise. The water not only flows many times more, it also aerates the water. All North Florida chlorine and sulfur taste and odor is effectively removed. Installation was straightforward except there were no specific installation instructions with a 1 1/2 pre-drilled mounting hole. The supplied T-piece also did not work with a 3/8 supply line; flexible connections on my cold water line. I had to go to Laws for $10 to have it replaced. In any case, there were no leaks or fuss in the rest. Oh yes, a replacement Revain cartridge costs about $12!
