The taste is excellent, I would very much like to buy again.

Installation went well. Use the graduated attachment and make sure you take a medium shot. Connection to a cold water line should provide options. The included part will only work if your existing faucet has a 1/2" cold water connection. I don't, so I needed another Pex fitting from Lowes. As soon as I plugged it in, I didn't have any water leaking out immediately since the Filter is not fully installed. The water does not leak either. Fantastic. You will find that after installing the new…

Easy installation and delicious water

I bought an EZ-4 with a premium filter. Installation was pretty easy and straightforward. The only issue we had was that the thread on the cold water shutoff valve was not long enough for the nut on the supply valve that came with the kit. This resulted in a leak as the rubber washer was not properly seated due to the gap. A few more rubber washers from Home Depot fixed the problem nicely, no leaks. The water tastes great and I am very satisfied with this system. Installation only took a few…

Great value, great quality from pure water lovers

This unit replaces our old spa dual filtration system which was damaged when a new sink was installed. The old device worked well but had a very low flow rate. The cartridges are $45, and the automatic sensor in the faucet lets me change them far more often than I really need to. My guess is that the sediment filter, which I don't really need, restricted the flow too much (I had no choice but to get that feature). This Culligan was a pleasant surprise. The water not only flows many times more…

  • Ugly packaging

I have installed and used expensive reverse osmosis systems but the water in my current home is pretty good so I only need little air conditioning and it fits the bill. I like the simple single cartridge and the price of the system and replacement cartridges is great. 3/8" supply lines, so you've been trying to figure out a way to adapt the system to what you have (for ice makers), but I don't like using them, especially since they're installed in front of your faucet. So if you have a If you…

Great filter when installed correctly.

I've looked through a range of water filters on Revain and haven't been able to find a clear winner. These things come with huge swings in price and complexity, and valuations are all but the most expensive. I chose this one because of the price and simplicity. My short review is that it works great, my water tastes good and meets my needs. More detailed answer. As usual, if you have a product that you need to install yourself, there are a lot of people who give it 1 star and report defects…

I have installed and used expensive reverse osmosis systems but the water at my current location is pretty good so it just takes a little prep and it fills the bill. I like the simple single cartridge and the price of the system and replacement cartridges is great. connects to 1/2" water hoses, but many homes have 3/8" supply lines, so you'll have to try and find a way to adapt the system to what you have. If you call Culligan they will tell you to get a compression seat valve with a 1/4" hose…

No leaks, good water. No swimmers. Easy installation.

UPDATE September 2019: It's been over a year since I use the SAME CARTRIDGE. Our water treatment plant is currently having water quality issues and the pipes are very dirty. With only the BASIC cartridge, the water is crystal clear and drinkable. This kid is amazing. Still no leaks. I bought another replacement cartridge just in case. Oh, the nut holding the device to the sink is broken because it's plastic. Just buy a steel nut and the problem is solved. Should cost around $3.…

Liked with this filter

Note that the T-piece provided has ½" fittings to connect to the supply line has. It's normal to have 3/8" fittings on the cutouts under the sink, so it seems like the 1/2" tee is meant to be attached to the end of the bracket and not the cut off end what could be the reason for so many reviews mentioning 3/8" fitting issue. Disconnect the supply hose from the cold 1/2" faucet fitting and screw the tee onto the faucet, then connect the supply hose to the bottom of the T -piece on. If your…
