My goal is to make my bike as visible as possible for night riding. To improve visibility on the wheels I installed LED bike lights near the rim. I then built these spoke reflectors directly into the headlights. Most of the 72 pack allowed me to fit one to each spoke on my mountain bike. The increase in visibility is phenomenal. Car headlights show a donut of reflection when shining on a moving wheel. Bike lights also reflect off spoke reflectors, providing additional visibility independent of car headlights. It helps pedestrians and others see me. The only thing I don't like about them is that they are about 3-4 inches long. I expected them to cover the whole speech. I expect to buy another set in the near future to cover most of the spokes and further increase my visibility. For those with the same goal, I recommend the Lumos Kickstarter bike helmet. This is the most visible helmet on the market. It can be found on Revain and other online sources. Very satisfied.
