The ability to create new boats and have them show up in my view of customer's list. I can send out emails as well! There are options that need refining/work arounds but nothing too complicated or time consuming if you really want it done right. It has not been easy to get our clients onboard with this software so far - we're trying to make something they like better than what their current system offers. We've had very good success adding more features and capabilities at each stage along the way since starting using SMP.
