Immediately on the same day (Wednesday) I called the service, got through the third time. Filled out an application - in 2 days the master will call. The master didn't call. I started pushing the service department myself. They gave the bodies of the master. The master does not pick up the phone. I started pushing both of them. I realized that this was not enough, I began to write an email to the head office of Hong Kong and St. Petersburg. Then he increased the strength of the calls and began to call more often. The service began to throw tubes. As a result, two masters came the next Wednesday. One from my area and the second from neighboring. Why took off the stars: 1. Service department needs improvement. 2. Masters do not know their schedule and just work like plumbers from the USSR. The film about Afonya immediately comes to mind. I did not install it myself - you lose all guarantees. And it seems so easy, a lot of nuances. Even with the same pressure in the system. And there is no claim to the masters as a person. Great craftsman who knows his stuff. Installed everything in an hour.
